Allow a portion of Overseas Aid to build UK Businesses which can be replicated in Developing Countries as a tangible assistance alongside Monetary Aid which is open to abuse and is abused.This will create sustainable UK jobs and assist the balance of payments using ringfenced funds without 'new money' being involved and also help in countries that qualify for that Aid creating,in turn,sustainable jobs there...
