Ratify Kampala amendments, give ICC jurisdiction over UK for crime of aggression
The International Criminal Court, through the Kampala amendments (2010), is gaining jurisdiction over the crime of aggression on 17 July 2018, for those states that have ratified the amendments.
The UK, having pushed for this for decades, must ratify.
