Make it compulsory for public toilets to have better personal hygiene facilities
Everyday hundred of thousands of Britons use public bathrooms and there is only ever tissue! How can anyone clean them selves properly with just tissue. This also means that hundereds of thousand of Britons are walking around with with feces (harmful bacteria) on their bodies. It needs to change!
more suitable cleaning apparatus EG: a Bidet shower
