Lower the drinking age to 16.
16 is the legal age of consent and if you are thought resonsible enough to have a sexual relationship why aren't you thought responsible enough to drink safely?
At the age of 16 you have finished high school and are staring sixthform or starting an apprenticeship. At this age you are responsible enough to handle money and know right from wrong.
