Remove Parabens,Artificial Colour,Flavour & Preservatives from Infant Medication

Petition Details

Make all pharmaceutical companies removed parabens, all artificial colours, flavours and preservatives currently found in liquid medications, primarily used by parents for young children and especially babies. Babies should definitely not be exposed to parabens in this way.

Additional Information

Parabens have been proven to adversely affect the reproductive systems in rats and have no place in childrens medications

There is evidence that parabens and para- hydroxybenzoic acid may act as oestrogenic endocrine disruptors. Source below:

They should not be contained in product given to babies i.e. immature reproductive system/pre puberty
