Make primary & secondary schools educate mental health to young people & adults.
Mental Illnesses can happen to just anyone including children. 1 in 4 people will experience a mental illness this year. We can spread awareness that’s it okay not to be okay and it’s okay to talk about how you are feeling! It will stop the added stigma what is surround against mental health.
