Change smear tests to yearly for everyone and start them at 18 years of age.
Cervical cancer is a silent killer. In many cases by the time it has noticeable symptoms, it has advanced to a severe stage. A lot can change in 3 years and for some these changes are devastating. The age for a first smear should be lowered and they should be carried out yearly to save lives
