Stop making Smart Motorways and return the New Smart Motorways back to normal.
Smart Motorways will not work because a huge percentage of drivers on our roads don’t know how to drive on Motorways. The majority drive in the 3rd or 4th lane and believe this is correct. If the money was instead used to educate drivers and fund police it would genuinely make a difference.
