Prohibit all consumption of alcohol for under twelves.
It is legal for anyone aged 5-16 to drink whilst at home. This practice can cause severe permanent health conditions (see source). We believe, therefore, that the minimum drinking age, under all circumstances, should be raised to at least 12, unless in case of emergency under medical supervision.
