Say No To Premium Rate Numbers

Additional Information

To gain support for highlighting the cost to our local businesses (SME's) for having to call expensive premium line numbers such as 0870 and 0845 owned by large institutions such as banks, in carrying out their everyday work dealing with . We want the government to recognise the costs incurred through dialing these numbers and also the average time being held on the line, because the longer we are held the more these companies make.
We want the government to step in and reduce these charges or enforce maximum call waiting times.
