Cyclists to wear mandatory cycling helmet, high viz vest and front light.

Petition Details

A lack of legislation to cyclists poses risk to pedestrians and to other road users due to their lack of visibility. The government should pass a legislation for mandatory wear of cycling helmet, high visibility vest and a front regulated light permanently switched-on at all time while cycling.
