Make it illegal to prevent farm animals from moving freely for long periods
Many farm animals are prevented from moving by tethering to stanchions in sheds, tie stalls and "zero grazing" systems for dairy cattle - and rarely or never letting them outside. Pigs are given no space to move in tiny "sow stalls" ; chickens by so many being in one shed they can barely move.
