Petition Action

Ask courts to rule on historic sex abuse cases in Westminster in the inquiry

Petition Details

The inquiry will not look at specific cases as lawyer Andrew O’Connor, QC states public concern is “diminished considerably”. If this petition receives many signatures it is irrefutable proof that his statement is incorrect and the inquiry should rule on specific cases - the public is concerned

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.

The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) is independent of the UK Government and Parliament.
