Additional Information

Instead of Signing on cards why not PDP cards showing progress of looking for a job, Each person uses their own S,Security Nu to go online and search for work, as skills are gained they are added so employers can look up details.
It would save thousands on paper. and if lost the person has to pay the price of a new card!
At the end of a year if the person still has no job they can look up the skills needed to find one.
