Provide wheelie bins in Calderdale for recycling to prevent excess litter.
Im sick of seeing litter scattered around our streets.
Mainly recycling ie milk bottles & cartons & recycling containers.
Kirklees have wheelie bins and their streets are by far cleaner.
I wish Calderdale Council would follow in suit. Surely this would lower the cost of Street Cleansing needed.
