Limiting the Payment Gap between Rich and Poor

No individual associated with any organisation as intern, apprentice, employee, director, shareholder or in any other capacity, shall receive from it payment in any form, including salary, fees, benefits, bonuses (performance-related or otherwise), share-options, incentive plans, dividends, expenses, ex-gratia or any other form of payment, any more in any twelve-month period than one hundred times the payment for the same period to the individual receiving the lowest payment from the organisation.

This multiplier shall be modifiable by future legislation to represent fairly the gap between highest paid and lowest but shall at no time be permitted to be more than one hundred either now or in the future.
