Stop crushing bikes in Co Durham Open somewhere for us to ride safely
Peterlee/Durham Police are always posting about off road in our area, the majority of these bikes are crushed!
Why don’t we change this vicious circle, & open somewhere for people to ride safely, instead of crushing bikes, this is not working.
Charge each person £20 and run lessons for kids
I am an off road enthusiast, I love to take my son out on his bike on a weekend.
I do not ride illegally, I have my own transport.
But, I am even finding it more difficult to enjoy my passion now.
I have to travel upwards of 2 hours each way just to enjoy an hours fun on my bike.
Some of the private venues are way to dangerous.
We have BMX tracks, skateboard parks etc, Why not a safe motor cross track? I would be willing to give up my time for this cause.
