Allow adultery as grounds for divorce in same-sex marriages
Currently, under the Same Sex Couples Act of 2013, gay men and lesbian women are unable to get out of a marriage if their spouse or civil partner cheated on them. This clause is deeply homophobic, as it suggests all gay men are promiscuous.
