Make Tpims orders compulsory for all proven returning from fighting in Syria
As of December 2017 there were 425 known fighters returned back to Britain after fighting and training for Isis, at the same period there were only 6 tpims orders in place. Possibly if more Tpims orders were in place other acts of terrorism would've been easier to foil.
Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures Act (TPims). They allow suspects to be tagged, forced to regularly report to police, prevented from travelling overseas, restricted from visiting certain areas and have their online activity and communications monitored.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
TPIMs must be approved by the UK Courts which are independent of Government and Parliament.
You could start a new petition asking the UK Government to seek to impose a TPIM on everyone returning from fighting, if that's what you want to happen.
