Make driving tests graded to reduce premiums for safer new drivers

Petition Details

Insurance premiums continue to rise for new drivers, as all new drivers are classed as a high risk to the road. By having a grading system in place in the practical driving exam, then the examiner will be able to judge the driver's safety. This may allow a reduction in premiums for safer drivers.
