children's panels to not take all reports from social work as truth but no proof
children's panels shouldnt take everything social work write as the truth especially if the parent has proof to back them and children's panels to set a more reasonable minimum contact as social work keep it at minimum and that's not good for child.
children's panels placing children with fathers who In past has convictions for domestic violence and losing job because of drugs because social works reports more investigation should be done and maybe a criminal court.
