Make all school "Keep Clear" markings mandatory zones instead of advisory.

Petition Details

Too many people ignore the Keep Clear markings around school entrances as currently they are advisory unless accompanied by signage and enforced by the local Councils. Making them compulsory No Parking zones would make school entrances safer for all.
