Change the law on buying & selling properties. Stop parties pulling out of sales
So many people in England are left in terrible positions when buying & selling property. Money is spent on solicitors fees and search fees only for one party to change their minds and pull out of the sale.
If an offer is accepted both parties should be bound in that agreement to prevent gazumping.
