Contribution Based ESA no time limits
If people have paid
NATION INSURANCE CONTRIBUTIONS
there should be no time limit on the contribution based ESA claim especially
as they have disabilities & are finding it hard to get employment.
they have paid in (just like pensioners)& they should get something back just like pensioners
