Static caravan owners need rights and regulations against the park owners
Caravan owners are on their own. They basically need a grounp or someone to stand up for our rights as we don't have a leg to stand on with site owners and their rules.
Basically we bought a caravan for £8500 and we unfairly treated and our van was towed off our pitch. Forced to sell it for £400. Have no laws or rights to back us up and it always seems to be be unfair as the owner gets last say. Can't even arrange meeting face to face to sort things out as they don't want to know. We are just numbers to them and don't get treated fairly

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
In 2013, Parliament changed the law so that if you acquired your park home after 26 May 2013 you no longer require the site owner’s approval of the buyer. We're not sure exactly what further action you'd like the Government or Parliament to take.
You can find out more about this here:

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
