A minimum Mandatory sentence of 6 for any assault on emergency services workers

Petition Details

Any assault on any of the emergency services workers police fire and ambulance should result in a minimum sentence of 6 months that has to be served in full. This includes spitting at people as they are doing a job to help yet get no backing from those who they serve in parliment

Additional Information

Officer has hair pulled out and offender gets 12 weeks suspended sentance. Offender pushes over a judge no I juries he serves 4 weeks. Why should those who do a job get treated worse then those who break the law regarding rights and fairness
