Withdrawal of the application of whipping to debates on e-petitions
We believe that the application of "whipping" by Party Leaders in debates arising from issues raised in e-petitions is inappropriate to a democratic decision called for by petitioners.
Such a practice should be banned as an undemocratic use of political power.
