Reduce the legal driving age from 17 to 16 years.
Many life changing opportunities may be rejected due to difficulty with transport. As a 16 year old there are hundreds of different opportunities available such as careers or further education. Without a car they may choose to reject these opportunities.
Allowing 16 year olds to drive could change lives dramatically.
