Increased Motorway Safety though controls on HGV's

Additional Information

A petition covering three points but all related to
Heavy Goods Vehicles and asking the government to:-

1) Limit speed of HGV's to 50mph at all times.
2) Limit operation of HGV's when travelling on motorways to near side lane only.
3) Prevent overtaking by HGV's on motorways.
