A new bus route for children in Norman way schools

Petition Details

We find it difficult to get to school as our parent’s leave early and the only option is walking through bluebottle grove which is quite dangerous due to Potholes, trees and the track is constantly muddy. The first bus that leaves our estate is at 9am which is too late for us and the last bus is 3pm.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for decisions on bus routes. This issue is the responsibility of your local council and local bus companies.

You could raise this with a local councillor who represents you. You can use this page to find out who your local councillors are, and how to contact them.
