Petition Action

Change packaging labeling from voluntary to a legal requirement.

Petition Details

Currently it is a voluntary scheme to add packaging recycle logos onto packaging. It is also voluntary to colour up reference intake information with the Red, Amber, Green traffic light scheme. These companies need to stop hiding what they are selling us and give us clear information.

Additional Information

Recycling is big news, people want to recycle. Companies should be made to tell us what can and can't be recycled with clear on pack logos and information.

Cereal packs are a good example of not using the traffic light scheme, what are they hiding?
