Require schools to start at 9:30 and end at 3:30.

Petition Details

Children find it extremely difficult to wake up at 7:30 and get to school by 8 or 8:30. Most children hate coming to school because of the time you have to wake up. An extra hour of sleep helps retain information and helps the child perform better at school.

Additional Information

Starting school at 9:30 and ending it at 3:30 gives us 6 hours of education where students are actually awake in lessons because they have had enough time to sleep.
