Gov responded and state giving select group automatically visas could raise equality concerns and lead to discrimination not giving visitors right of appeal raise equality concerns and show discriminate against visitors when all other applicant have right to appeal
Read true 50 refusal lattes 44 was refused without good reason one state i am not satisfied that you have family in the UK. I call your son on ..... we can not get hold of him if his expecting you he will pick his phone. there for i am not satisfied you have family in the UK as you claimed. this is 5 years visa decision maker satisfied to issue 6 months and 2 years when is years decision maker are not satisfied they are family. this is misuse of power. Other one you state your son his paying for your visit , but i am not satisfied you are able to fund your proposed visit without third party support with this decision maker are misuse there power
