Stop the 3 weekly bin collections in St. Helens! And return to weekly!
St. Helens council has proposed changing the bin collections to ever three weeks! Many people I have spoken to struggle at bins being emptied every two weeks never mind three!! Recycling does help but three weekly is ridiculous. St. Helens is going to be infested with rats in no time.
