The cost of Health tourism to the NHS to be paid from the foreign aid budget.
Health tourism is estimated to cost the NHS around 350 million pounds a year. The proposition is any costs which can't be recovered from overseas patients who are not eligible for free NHS treatment, can be taken from the foreign aid budget and repaid to the NHS.
