Government to fund a scheme for carers flying with a person with disabilities

I’m asking the government to look into possible concessions for carers who have to fly with disabled people,I understand it’s not a governmental problem it’s in it’s a commercial problem but surely there is something you can do

Additional Information

These concessions are desperately needed for example I flew to Australia in 2005 and because I’m 6’5 I’m unable to fly economy so I’m forced to fly business or first class, on this occasion I paid for first class seats but I had to provide a equal seat for my carer and the total cost for the flight was £13,000 surely you can see this is totally disgusting. Just because I’m disabled that doesn’t mean I shouldn’t be able to go on holiday when I want
