Make it the law for companies to give statutory sick pay if workers are sick.
In some fixed contract jobs sick pay is not offered even with evidence. Some of these companies include supermarkets who pay workers that have worked in their company for a certain period of time and other workers do not get sick pay.In other companies workers get nothing even if they have evidence.
