Ban low letterboxes in UK on new build

I would like to see the UK Government amend building regulations & ban low letterboxes as has been the case in Ireland Since January 1st 2001

Additional Information

Letter boxes should be postman friendly..Low boxes can cause serious injury when you have quite a few in a row or on a round whilst carrying a sack of mail.
Even just one low letterbox is one too many.. You wouldn't put the keyhole down there so why put the letterbox down there.
