Allow builders to remove fixed materials if work is unpaid

Petition Details

Many builders are working for the private sector and when final payment is due many clients don’t pay due to the law being on there side not allowing the removal of any unpaid fixed materials, we would like the law changed to allow us to remove any unpaid fixed materials to recover the costs
