Make it law for Universities to refund students for missed contact hours.
The University strike action breaks numerous codes of conduct that are promised to students as consumers of the University; to which they should adhere to when accepting a student.
Under the Student Consumer Law, the strike action will break 3.6, 3.10 and especially 3.14. Additionally under the CPRs chapter B9 of QAA, and undermines QAA's chapters B3 and B4.
