Pentioners on state pentions should be exempt from paying to public servie pentions

Additional Information

As part of council tax is to cover public service pentions, pentioners who only recieve a state pention should not have to contribute to public sector pentions that are in addition to normal state pention this is just makeing the less well off pay Contributions through there council tax
