Prevent public accusations of alleged non-ethical, but legal actions, by UK MPs.
The recent accusation against Sir Bradley Wiggins for alleged non-ethical behaviour has besmirched a British sporting legend. It is for MPs to make the law, not to cause untold reputational harm in public to individuals who are unable to legally counter parliamentary privilege.
