unfair percentage pay rises
I would like to see something done to help reduce the wealth gap between large wage earners and low wage earners.
the main cause of the gap getting bigger is percentage pay increases, obviously the more you earn the bigger increase which can't be fair.
could this be looked at by this department and help the gap stop.
