Make picking up litter compulsory to all.
We are now living in a litter epidemic in Britain, we can all sit around and find someone else to blame but it will never pick the litter off the ground. We must re-enforce what it means to be a human-being and start by making it compulsory to pick up plastics you walk past/see.
Change is a bitter sound to a closed eye drive,
But it is the only solution we have if we want to stay alive.
