Change the way the new Child maintenance options works. Make absent parents pay
Single parents are ending up worse off due to the new child maintenance options service. Some parents are receiving nothing whilst others have had their child's maintenance dropped. If a parent is absent from a child's life they should be made to pay more as not contributing to day to day living.
