Reduce abortion from 24 weeks to 18 weeks

Additional Information

Currently in the UK, it is legal to have an abortion at 24 weeks. Since many babies are being born at 18 weeks and over, we seek to reduce the abortion limit to 18 weeks. It isn't moral to kill babies which could otherwise survive. This is the practical solution be should have in our society.
