Introduce a minimum bedroom height of at least 2 meters for all HMO's.
Currently no law enforces a minimum bedroom height for HMO's despite the average woman in the UK being approximately 1.6 meters tall and the average man 1.8 meters.
This leaves residents in HMO's (commonly students) living in sub-standard conditions with little protection from landlords.
