Either make life sentences mean life. Or bring back the Death Penalty.
I believe that reoffending rates in this country are far to high, Killers can kill and be released within a few years. Death by dangerous driving should be murder. If Life meant life or the death penalty was bought back, how many reoffenders do you think we'll actually have to deal with?
