To gaurantee the security of the pensions of all lecturers across the UK
To summarise, the lecturers and the academic staff at universities across the UK are the most important assets at the disposal of higher education and we should therefore be treating them with a bit more respect instead of substantially devaluing their contribution to education and this country.
