Fake news has a bad impact on society. Encourage journalists to find the truth.
The news is the only reliable source of truth that this society depends on and yet we are still being lied to and facing great deception due to inaccurate information.This is having a large impact on the relationship between different communities as they face each other with excruciating violence.
An example of this would be the recent increase in acid attacks largely affecting the Muslim community since the terror attacks. This was triggered by the attack itself but also by the dishonesty of news and the large use of exaggeration throughout, and there is reliable yet ignored evidence against this idea.
